Fabrication Planning and Control

Smap3D PIPEFAB is a modular and scalable planning and control system. It enables dynamic production planning for a large number of individual orders, taking processes, machines and materials into account. The orders are broken down into lot size-optimized production units and then optimized for each process according to set-up time, waste, capacity utilization or material flow, among other things.

The data is then processed and transferred to the machines networked with Smap3D PIPEFAB. Alternatively, parts lists, cutting lists, bending lists, neck lists and welding lists can be created and transferred to the machine operators. The production results are reported back to Smap3D PIPEFAB. Assembly processes and logistics (e.g. pallet tracking) can also be mapped.

With Smap3D PIPEFAB, you can realize end-to-end process reliability from P&ID through piping to production, including documentation and traceability.
